The Owner/ Founder

Voon Fui Lai has over 20 years' experience in the corporate and SME sectors. He started his career as a development manager, architect and urban planner with International Award-winning consultancy, Gensler. Voon was responsible for Global/EMEA business divisions, whilst acting as Development Manager and Sustainability Advocate in delivering mixed-use cultural communities across the globe.

Clients included Glasgow City Council, Birmingham City Council, Blackpool Regeneration, Hackney City Council, Frogmore, Resolution Properties, JP Morgan, Wanda Group, Dubai International Financial Centre, Ritz Carlton, Msheireb Properties, Sberbank, Shell, Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority, New Giza Developments to name a few.

Voon has led integrated project teams of architects, urban planners, landscape architects, multi-disciplinary engineers, cost consultants, market research consultants to drive innovative real estate solutions and maximise development value. Voon has since applied his business development, corporate operations/ governance and risk management skillsets to the alternative investment sector. He collaborates with co-investors with shared alignment of liveability themes to joint venture on real estate and private equity investments.
